La posizione è ottima.difronte all'hotel c' è la fermata degli autobus e a 10miniti a piedi stazione autobus e metro per raggiungere il centro

Notre chambre familial était très bien avec 2 chambres, propres. Personnel accueillant, petit déjeuner correct peut être manqué de variété. L'hôtel se situe en face de finsbury park ce qui est un très bon point.

Quiet and comfortable

It was quite and the room was comfortable. Staff were lovly and helpful

− The bath towels were tiny. The room was compact. Had what was needed but a bit on the small side. Breakfast was ok and as expected for a Best Western

Good clean basic hotel

Good location for us, frequent buses outside the hotel, short walk to the nearest underground. Excellent breakfast, amazing variety of food and I was catered for as a coeliac. Very friendly and helpful staff

− Unfortunately although there was a new mattress on the bed, it was a bit too firm for us

Excellent Location, but Overall Poor Value for Money

The hotel's location was excellent and certainly its strongest feature. However, considering the price paid and the level of facilities and service provided, we did not feel that the stay offered good value for money.

− The hotel is relatively small, and unfortunately the room we were allocated was much smaller than expected based on the photos advertised online. The room overlooked the rear parking area and lacked some amenities that we would normally expect for the price, such as a fridge, wardrobe, drinking glasses, and complimentary bottled water. Breakfast was not included in the room rate and was, in our opinion, quite expensive when purchased separately. We also paid for two days of parking and, when we requested to leave the car for an additional two hours on the third day, we were asked to pay for a full extra day of parking. Most of the staff members were pleasant and helpful; however, one member of staff appeared somewhat inflexible when handling our requests. Overall, the hotel's location was excellent and certainly its strongest feature. However, considering the price paid and the level of facilities and service provided, we did not feel that the stay offered good value for money.

Not again for us. Location great but smell in the room terrible.

The location is absolutely top if you want to go see a game of Arsenal. It is easy to reach and there are many places to eat in the area.

− The smell in the room was disgusting. We went to the front desk to let the staff know and their solution was a Fibrese spray. We invited the staff in the room to smell it themselves which they did. They didn't come with a solution and we got away from this hotel as soon as we could the next morning. The smell can't be described as food or sour smell but it is just unrealy how our clothes and luaguage smelled the next three days. We stayed in room 101 in the bottom floor.
