− Very old and noisy window air-conditioner made sleeping difficult.
Basic room that needs upgrading.

7.0I liked the fact that it was easy to get to and find. Parking was great. We arrived after office hours and it was easy to speak with management over the phone and retrieve our key card. I did like the room size and the small dining table in the room I also liked how conveniently close it was to Burney falls.
− I didn't like how dated the room was, once inside. It's very, very basic. The linens were so thin, I couldn't imagine staying there in the colder months. The mattress was not comfortable at all. The lighting in the room was dim and the air conditioning unit was loud. It kicked on and off all night. The bathroom toiletries were lack there of. The shower when standing in it dipped down in the middle and I felt that I was going to fall through it. The bathroom is very tiny, thin towels, and the cheapest quality you could find for your buck. Bring your own toiletries because you get one small had soap and the tiniest hair products.You can tell that comfort is not a top priority.. I mentioned to my husband that they do the bare minimum in the rooms just enough to pass inspections and codes. I'm grateful for having somewhere to lay my head after a long day of traveling, but would not stay here again. I think because it's a small town and a high turnover with visitors, they can get away with providing the bare minimum, because people need a place to stay. This was the best motel I'd seen on the website compared to others on the same strip so I could only imagine.
It was a comfortable, clean room& quiet, definitely stay again.
