5.0− Arogance při řešení drobné stížnosti byla neskutečna.

9.0Skvělá lokalita. Z jedné strany bylo hned hlavní náměstí se spoustou restaurací, obchůdků a půvabných uliček okolo. Z druhé strany tekla poblíž řeka, podél níž vedla opravdu krásná stezka pro pěší a cyklisty.

− The only thing we did not like was when we bumped into the staff, greeted them and they ignored us but to be honest it was not a big deal. They looked busy but I still think that greet your customers should be very normal thing regardless.
