10.0Sunshine Cozy Cottages was an amazing stay and the cottages were super cute! The owners are super friendly and kind. The walk to the beach is only 2-3 minutes depending on traffic conditions so it is very convenient.
Close to the beach
10.0Second time here. Perfect for our needs. Very close to the beach. Very low key. All the basics met. Had a few to many palmetto bugs visit in the bathroom, but its Florida! Staff are great. Will stay again.

10.0Exactly what we wanted. Across from nice beach, walk to restaurants and ice cream. Excellent!

10.0We had a great time. Easy access to beach being about a block away (across the street). Trolly stop is near. Cottage was cozy. History/story of the cottages themselves is amazing. Private and exactly what we wanted to get away.

6.0It was close to everything,we had no car we walked everywhere. Bus service was cheap and allowed us to visit areas from clearwater beach to st petes beach .
