2.0Shortly after checkin we were asked to switch rooms due to an error disrupting our plans. Later loud cleaning upstairs lasted hours preventing rest. In the morning the shower lacked basic amenities.

2.0Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in! Beyond dirty, their washing machine broke so there were no clean sheets. Management is never in the office and doesn’t answer the phone when you need something. Located next to a route bar with druggies. Run down rooms and extremely basic.

10.0First off, Cassandra is great! This is our second time staying here. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants and antique shops. I highly recommend staying here.
