10.0The office was open and staffed, the staff was friendly, and competent. Check in went smoothly, The room is clean, tidy, and quiet.

2.0Checked in at 3:05. Opened the door to a dirty room. Cleaning staff was nearby in another room. Told them I'd leave my stuff anyways as I had places to be Got back to the room at 1am went to sleep. Woke up at 8, went to shower and no soap/shampoo. Went to check out and was given a reciept that was $13 higher than Expedia stated . Was told they couldn't fix it because it was Expedia and I should have told them yesterday I wasn't happy as they were charging $169 a night and could have used my room.

8.0What we needed for one night in Stow , due to it's proximity to Blossom Music Center. We were comfortable , and I thoroughly enjoyed the deep bathtub with slanted back. A luxury. Easy ,pleasant check-in.We were able to Uber back and forth to Blossom, though we waited about an hour after show for service. Lots of restaurants nearby. WE drove over to Cuyahoga Natl Park, after check out , and walked to Brandywine close by.
