Everything satisfactory . Just not memorable in any way.
6.0Location good for our visit to sandringham.
− Bedroom a little claustrophobic particularly because it was hot. Strange menu offering with a real lack of main course choice. Not big fans of burgers , hot dogs . Thought the steaks were overpriced and in particular £4.50 for a sauce addition.!!! Give customers some value and include the sauce in a steak priced at 31.95.
value for money. decent for a short stay
7.0it was good value for money easy access and easy check-out. Shower worked and they had a fan and a variety of instant coffee. For what you pay is good.
− Direct access from the street to the rooms no need for key. mattress was hard as a rock but decent.
Excellent
10.0Clean Quiet Easily Accessible Good Parking Good restaurant No fuss
− No areas of concern at all - I would highly recommend it and I will stay again if I'm back in the area
Good comfortable stay for one night
8.0The food was very good and comfortable room for one night stay.
− The fact that you have to order your breakfast the night before and with the time you want it as well.

8.0Comfortable bed spacious room and tea and coffee. The location was convenient for what I needed.
− A small dusty fan provided that didn't do much and having to walk up metal stairs which when punters were sitting outside would stare at you as you walked down/up the stairs which made me feel uncomfortable.
A nice little gem, friendly staff and mine was a good room!
9.0Breakfast was cooked to order - there was a choice of eggs - fried, scrambled or poached - I was not actually asked! I forgot to mention when I went into breakfast & whilst waiting, I thought they may then ask, the default seems to be fried, I would have preferred poached, minor detail as fried was fine! Plenty of bacon!
− As this all these establishments, the orange juice is from concentrate - it really is not very nice and pasturised orange juice is significantly better, ok, it costs more, yest they provide nice coffee (which I don't drink), I would happily pay and extra £1 to have decent orange juice!
