10.0Everything was perfect, right from the welcoming reception and the professional staff at the front desk. The room service was flawless. The staff working at the beach bar, pool bar, breakfast, lunch, and dinner provided more than perfect service, and the food completely exceeded our expectations! Even the spa experience was amazing—Norhan was exceptionally great. My husband and I had so much fun and were so happy throughout our stay. I will definitely be recommending this place to all my friends!
