Terrible experience!

2.0

THE WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE — AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! DO NOT STAY HERE. Seriously, avoid this hotel at all costs. There are plenty of better options in the city, and after my experience, I genuinely cannot understand how this place is still operating as a hotel. From the moment I arrived, everything was horrible. The entire property is old, dirty, neglected, and smells terrible. The smell in the lobby and corridors was disgusting. The room was in an unacceptable condition, with old and dirty towels and bed linen. This is not what anyone should expect from a hotel, regardless of the price. And then comes the complete lack of professionalism and basic hospitality. The staff were rude, unwelcoming, and completely unprofessional. It honestly felt as though they were annoyed that I had even come to stay at the hotel. I made a walk-in reservation late in the evening, and the receptionist was incredibly rude and clearly had no understanding of what customer service or hospitality actually means. But the most shocking and unacceptable part was what happened when I went to my room. THE ROOM DOOR WAS COMPLETELY OPEN, WITH THE KEY LEFT IN THE DOOR. I simply entered the room. The room was vacant, and I had absolutely no idea whether it was actually assigned to me or whether someone else could have been inside. I called reception immediately to ask if this was normal. And the response was unbelievable. The receptionist basically told me to check myself whether the room was clean and ready, said that the door being open was normal, and told me to take the key downstairs. What kind of hotel leaves a guest room completely open with the key in the door? What kind of security is this? Anyone could have walked into that room. Anyone could have entered before me. This is an absolutely unacceptable failure of basic hotel security and guest safety. The receptionist's attitude made the situation even worse. Instead of apologizing, taking responsibility, or showing any concern, he acted as though this was completely normal. And then there is the so-called "breakfast." I genuinely don't know how they can call it breakfast. -10,000/10. Almost no choice, practically no variety, and dirty plates, forks, and knives. It was so poor that calling it a breakfast feels like an insult to actual breakfasts. This entire experience was an absolute disaster from beginning to end. Dirty rooms. Terrible smell. Old facilities. Unacceptable hygiene. Zero hospitality. Rude and unprofessional staff. And seriously questionable safety and security. I have stayed in many hotels, but this is genuinely one of the worst experiences I have ever had. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND BOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE. Your money, your comfort, and most importantly, your safety are worth far more than staying in this place.

Poor hotel experience

4.0

We weren't satisfied with our stay at this hotel. Our issues included 1) Multiple cockroaches in our room 2) The bathroom wasn't properly cleaned and the hair of the previous occupant was all around the floor 3) one towel for two guests 4) no shampoo 5) very bad breakfast, all foods low quality 6) the staff were unfriendly and could barely speak English

The lobby is so nice And the view from the room window priceless

The bad is uncomfortable I think it's 25 years old or more the breakfast is basically simple. No (coffee, tea, not even a water to drink) that is crazy to maintain their rating and ensure consistent quality need some rehabilitation
