10.0Frühstück und Abendessen waren große Klasse, ebenso der Service. Auch der Spa-Bereich mit Innen-Pool und sehr großem Außen-Wirlpool war sehr entspannend nach einem Wandertag.

10.0Durchaus fast schon luxuriös. Keine Kinder, kein Geschrei, kein Rumgespritze. Man hat für die Mahlzeiten seinen eigenen reservierten Tisch für den ganzen Aufenthalt. Also keinen Stress. Das Essen war gut. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstücks-Buffet hatte eine gute Auswahl. Eierspeisen wurden auf Wunsch zubereitet. Das war sehr gut.
− Zur Mittags-Jause wurden ausschließlich kostenpflichtige Getränke angeboten. Die Bereitstellung von kostenlosem Wasser hätte ich jetzt nicht inakzeptabel gefunden.

10.0Buena atención a la llegada. Habitación Doble Premium Relax excelente. Muy amplia, gran balcón, baño muy grande y vestidor. Decorada con gusto. Zona de Spa estupenda. Desayuno y cena muy buenos. Aparcamiento gratuito en el exterior del hotel. Localización muy buena, muy cerca del centro de la ciudad.

9.0Perhaps one of the best hotel breakfasts I have ever had. The dinner was very reasonably priced, high quality, and excellent value for money. The spa and pools were also top-notch.
− This hotel has many of the qualities of a five-star property, but its ability to accommodate guests’ needs is not quite at that level yet. We were running late for dinner due to unforeseen circumstances, and it was very difficult to reach the hotel by phone or chat. When we finally got through, the response felt unsympathetic. The hotel was not able to arrange room service, offer a later dining option, or provide any meaningful alternative. As a result, we had to run back just to avoid losing the money we had already paid for dinner. While the property itself may feel five-star, the service and flexibility in this situation fell short of what I would expect from a hotel of this standard.
