10.0Beautiful hotel and gardens. Very comfortable and spacious room - worth the splurge to get a sea view. Great breakfast. It's about 20 minute walk down steep hill to get to town, so factor that in. Room was warm in late Sept, even with windows open, so wish room had a fan. A mini-fridge would have been a great addition.

10.0We have stayed before ideal location for St Ives and it’s walkable but you do need to be fit coming back as up steep path. Lovely room and service.

10.0A well maintained hotel. Great staff and dining options. Some rooms have amazing views overlooking the harbour of St Ives. The hotel is within walking distance of the town, as long as you don't mind the walk up the hill.

The seasonal pool will be open from May 25 to September 16.
