10.0The room is clean and decent size. Staff was amazing, Staff let me to check in 2 hours earlier then the normal check in time. Staff are very helpful and respond quickly.

4.0No one at reception no key to lock door had to change units. Wall heater didn’t work small fan heater did. Toilet seat about 3 sizes too small for bowl and had a sliding sideways option. No milk in fridge no dish cloth to wipe down bench. On plus side bed comfortable and good hot shower.
