− Customer service was poor, and only 3 little sachets of milk. Not enough for 2 people to have a coffee before bed and in the morning

− The wifi was poor they didn't get it to work till just before we checked out and the $100 bond in top

How desperate do you need a motel?!
3.0Very well heated, great shower, towels replaced each day.
− Rude stuff, cockroaches in room, poor to no communication, trash wifi that disconnects every minute. They have no consideration for anything, I was made to sit outside with my 9 year old niece for 4 hours until we could enter our room, weren't allowed to wait in the reception. They made me pay a bond just before check in and promised it would be sent back once I checked out....this did not happen, and they said I would have to wait after the inspection which they do at 12?. Then said it would be a 12 process to send back to me. I found they did not wish to work with me in anyway and were just working to tick boxes off their list. Overall worst experience I've ever had at a motel. I honestly don't understand how these people still have a job or even qualify for the part.

10.0How easy flowing it was and big enough for me.
− That there wasn't a note on the old reception door to say go down the road to where the reception area is. As we disturb the people in that room.
