I really liked the spot that it was in close to everything and in walking distance of shops / restaurants. spa was nice too and was a quiet place.

− When we arrived, the place was not clean at all. There were dirty towels, an unmade bed, and crumbs on the couch. I rang the owner, and she tried to charge me an extra $240, claiming it was "half price" and that I hadn't paid the full amount. However, I had already paid the full price before staying. I sent emails with proof of the transaction, and she said she would refund the $240 over the phone. After I sent the screenshots and my BSB and account number, she didn't reply, even after promising a refund.

Great location 500 m to shops and beach, lovely apartment with bifold doors opening to garden and sea breeze. Well stocked kitchen, good bbq.

− Spa dirty, hadn't been serviced for a long time, didn't feel safe using. No spare toilet paper rolls, we had to buy, not great at $400/night! The sheets didn't fit the bed, so really poor nights sleep half on the mattress as the sheet rolled up through the night. Master bedroom mattress has dodgy springs which creak every time you rolled over. There was a bird trapped in house when we arrived and it took 2 nights for us to get him out. Both showers flooded the whole bathroom because the drains are at the back of the shower. Very steep spiral staircase, not the place for kids, elderly or those with dodgy knees. Bunk room smelt of wet washing because it doubles as the laundry.
