Don’t stay.
5.0Nice location
− The management overcharged my credit card twice to the tune of $5000 dollars. When I asked for a refund, they refunded me on Vanuatu dollars instead of my currency leaving me short around $300 dollars. When I asked them to give me the rest, the response was, that’s a you problem, not an us problem. They shouldn’t be managing a venue that takes bookings from international clients. On top of that, the wind was non stop. The only place to hide was the room, making our stay at a beach resort pointless. Don’t visit from June to September (the windy months). And maybe find another place that knows how to do basic bookkeeping. Also, the bikes we rode, the brakes fell off one of them. They need put some money into the facilities if they are going to charge top dollar.
Beautiful location with great staff but a big let down on our transfer.
7.0The staff are lovely; the position is stunning. The restaurant is very good with excellent meals, and they have a full bar. They arranged a soft pillow for me on request. The room and bathroom are very spacious. They provide proper coffee in the room.
− We were disappointed with Booking.com as at first we booked a sea front room but then it changed us to a garden room but did not change the price. Of course, no response from Booking.com themselves about this. The Hotel were not able to assist us with the price difference. The bigger issue is that the hotel cost includes airport transfer and we booked ours for 5.30am. The manager assured us that the taxi would be there at 5am together with a packed breakfast for us. We got NEITHER. There was no staff on site so we could not ask anyone. Fortunately for us we had a local friend who had his cell on, and he came to fetch us. If we had missed our ferry, we would have been stuck on the island for another week and missed our international flight home.
Perfect to get away and relax
9.0Secluded and peaceful location perfect for a getaway and a great chance to disconnect
− Nothing …it was as advertised
Great getaway in one of the most beautiful places in world! Enjoyed lots of day trips but could have easily stayed at Ba
10.0The location was breathtaking! The food was delicious! The staff were amazing! Shout out to the restaurant staff for their service, banter and kindness and to our hosts Shaun and Janine who made us feel at home :)
− If I was being picky I’d say the bed was a little too hard, but easy fix!
We spent 4 nights in a fare right on the beach. The beach was amazing, with coral reefs that you can swim to. The proper

− Nothing… it’s fantastic!
Fantastic position.
8.0Position right in the beach
− Pretty run down, needs lots of attention, particularly the timber paths they are pretty dangerous. The Plunge pool wasn’t worth the extra, water was freezing & far too difficult to get in & out!!
