10.0Mooie locatie in het bos, maar toch vlak bij de stad en de Crater lakes. Vriendelijke eigenaren. Je krijgt voer voor de vogels en pademelon(s). Vooral de verleidingsdans van de rifle-bird (soort paradijsvogel) was geweldig om mee te maken.

10.0The cottage is very comfortable, clean and designed with care. It has everything for a relaxing and quiet stay in amongst the trees. The bedroom, fireplace and couch looked out onto the front deck, which is visited by numerous birds. A perfect nature getaway.

Amazing and comfortable stay in the rainforest with wonderful wildlife viewing.
9.0Stunning, peaceful location in the rainforest beside Lake Eachem. Comfortable, clean and stylish. Great kitchen, dining area, and bath. Good towels (and a towel airer!). Very comfortable bed, nice linen. Good wifi. We didn't need the wood stove but we did use the reverse a/c unit as the evenings are cool and damp. Lovely raised outdoor area, with seating and dining furniture. The absolute highlight was the selection of fruit, birdseed and mealworms that John gave us on arrival.... This meant that a plethora of beautiful birds, 2 padmelons, and a muskyrat kangaroo came to see us. The Victoria Riflebird put on a stunning display at the end of our veranda. Amazing experience. The lovely breakfast hamper and bottle of port was also a lovely touch, and very tasty!
