10.0Great location, walkable to everywhere. Rooms are good size. We enjoyed our stay and this is a great place if you have dogs as there’s a small outside area for them to be able to be in.

10.0It is very spacious,warm,with excellent facilities. The owners are very welcoming and extremely helpful. Situated in the heart of Sumner access to the shops and restaurants are a short walk away.
