− Our stay was based on the heated indoor pool but wasn't able to use due to it being out of service. Our kids were looking forward to going for a swim. If we knew pool wasn't useable would have booked somewhere else. Not happy at all.

10.0Spotlessly clean and tidy. Very comfortable beds. Lots of lovely clean bedding, pillows and blankets. Heaps of clean towels and pool towels. Love the hot pool. Helpful, friendly staff.
