− Room was small, difficult to open suitcase. No couch. Bathroom had shower curtain which didn’t reach the floor of an open plan bathroom, so floor was always wet.

10.0The staff were very nice and helpful. They moved us room to help keep the whole family next to each other. And we loved the glow worm walk. There was heaps of games to play as we had a rain day and got stuck inside.
Very Poor, avoid at all costs
1.0− Attitude of the staff, location is extremely poor avoid at all costs, there are plenty of hotels, the hero shot on booking.com of this hotel is misleading
Very dated
4.0The location wasn’t bad, the owners were very friendly and helped out with requests, very obliging.
− It is very dated, with worn furnishings, however it was not clean, it was dusty, the hot water ran out, water was all over the bathroom floor after a shower (shower curtains!), poor wifi, cooking facilities were a microwave and electric frypan. There is a shared kitchen which was very poorly setup.
