It was cosy, well equipped, very relaxing. We were there for our 38th wedding anniversary and had a wonderful time. We walked to The Pig and Whistle for lunch. We plan on returning.

There was nothing to not like

Great 2 night getaway close to town. Cosy warm cottage for winter.

Great location. Walking distance to town. Host was easily contactable and helpful with showing me the room and facilities like how to use the heater and lamps, it was very useful to have that orientation at the start. Generous breakfast supplies provided (hot and cold options) to cook yourself. Room was clean and neat.

Not 100% sound proof, could hear muffled talking/music from other room one evening.

A sweet little retreat

9.0

The location was walkable to pubs, shops and cafes. That was really handy to have (just check opening hours as they aren't all open each day). A very sweet little apartment style stay, suitable for 1 to 2 people (in the room I chose). I loved the little balcony and when the sun was out, I could move the chair into the sun and read my book by the window. Perfect little, relaxing getaway Breakfast ingredients were left in the mini kitchen to be able to be made yourself, making the stay more independent. Great location to head up to Mt Dandenong and the surrounding towns, also.

I thought the room was really sweet, had basically everything I needed. These are only SMALL things that could have helped to improve the room (for $220 p/n) - It could have had a dvd player and a couple of DVDs to keep you a little more 'offline'. I tried to use YouTube (just to put a little fire on the TV screen) and needed to have a code so I didn't bother. - There was a lovely big bath, it would have been nice if bubblebath was provided. - A coffee machine was provided but a little pod machine and milk frother would have just added a little more variety. - the balcony door could have used a big curtain over it as alot of light shines in, there's is a little bit of traffic noise and it also let's a little bit of cold in since the blinds don't quite cover the winder pains in the door. - The only other thing was I found parking a little difficult, felt like I was in the way and it's not very well delineated where to park, for each apartment (even though I was given a text to say where to park) it was still a little tricky. Again... these are NOT deal breakers, just little things that COULD improve the stay... otherwise I was very happy to be there and would be happy to stay again!

Excellent base for the week. Would be happy to stay again.

Very comfortable in very congenial location.

Kitchen equipment could be a little more extensive - a chef’s knife, a bread knife. a grater and a bigger cooking pot would go a long way. Also, does the oven work? I could not get it to.
