8.0We really liked the excellent position, wide ocean views with wonderful cafes and restaurants located away from the Bust Surfer's Paradise district. The building works on the block next door woke us up 7am on a Saturday morning which was a nuisance, but were interesting to watch from our balcony. The lounge was the most comfortable anyone in our family had ever sat in!
