10.0Great location, short walk to the shops and pub for a great meal. We had a 2 bedroom accessible apartment on the ground floor. Just enough space for 4 adults Full kitchen, very well equipped, plus a washer and dryer The bedrooms dont really offer enough circulation space if you are a full time wheelchair user, the bathroom is also tight. Thankfully it wasn't an issue as my son is partially ambulant Overall it was a great stay

6.0The unit we stayed in overnight was in urgent need of renovation. The bathroom had drainage issues in the shower and visible signs of mold. The beds were uncomfortable and unstable, making it difficult for two people to sleep on them. Many of the appliances were outdated and barely functional. Also, the two-bedroom apartment was not suitable for more than four people.

Okay for a short stay
6.0Conveniently located in Manuka, close to shops, cafes, restaurants and city centre. Visited several sites within 15-20 mins. Main issue is that the toilet is located next to the shower and the overflow of water, making it messy to manage. No dish rack provided. No split system in bedrooms, only in main living area which doesn’t heat the rooms. 1 Radiator available so had to share between rooms. Service and communication fantastic .
