10.0This motel is clean, well appointed, and has a great location right in downtown Wanaka adjacent the New World supermarket. Lake front is one block away, and several excellent restaurants are all within easy walking distance.

6.0A perfectly located base for the ski fields and everything Wanaka has to offer. We loved that we could see the lake from our balcony and walk so quickly to everywhere! The office staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was cosy. Given the timber nature of the inside, it did creak a fair amount overnight. I think the drains may need a little attention too, but other wise a cosy, amazingly located spot to stay! It gave us everything we needed!
