A very enjoyable stay at a quiet place with all necessary amenities.
10.0The general nature of the place was very pleasant. The pool and facilities looked very inviting, but it was too cold. in summer - fantastic.

Poor communication, no reply or reaction to other customers having illegal drugs causing discomfort.
4.0Good location and the activities for the children were great. Pool looks like it would be alot of fun in Summer.
− I tried to call and also messaged the owner in regards to our neighbours having marijuana and smoking it out the front of their room. Which in turn the smell and smoke came into our family room. These people also had children in their room. I thought i would alert them first and see if they would do anything in return but i didnt hear from them or receive any apology in regards to this. I also left the key in the door as this was requested by the cleaners at our time of departure and sent a message with photos to inform the owners so we were not charged anything extra. Once again never received a reply or thankyou. I find their communication and concern for their customers very poor.
Great value for money and a serene setting for the budget cabin!
8.0Serene setting for the budget cabin with a nice lake view, comfortable beds, kitchen had all we needed and everything worked well. Celestia the Woodland Fairy aka Laura made our Saturday morning all the better, with craft, balloons and great conversations. The staff were great too!
