6.0The bed was comfy. The shower was hot. But, I had to go to the office to get the air conditioner heating fixed. I had no extra blankets and no coat hangers or an ironing board. But the room next door did have all those things

10.0Overall room was ok, clean and tea/coffee making available. The bed seemed quite hard to my wife but was ok for me. TV did not work on free to air channels so could only get 9Now digital and couldnt download any other TV apps.
