Rural retreat near Canberra
10.0Lovely well appointed cottage (just one of two) on an equestrian property with beautiful views towards the ACT. Rural setting only six clicks from Canberra but a world apart. Lovely owner Margaret. Nice extras such as local wine (wineries near by) and continental breakfast included.

10.0The peace and tranquility at Gooromon Park Cottages is wonderful. Opening the curtains in the morning to Kangaroo's and Horses is beautiful

10.0A truly wonderful spot, a nice and quiet haven after visiting the busy centre of the city (which is only twenty minutes away by car). The only sounds you’ll hear are from kookaburras and magpies while the kangaroos merrily hop around. Margaret and Phill are the most lovely hosts you could wish for.
Good retreat stop
10.0An out of town location with a perfect view. Lots of birds and kangaroos. Very quiet. Huge bath and very good towels Breakfast provided night before and can include Camembert cheese and smoked salmon or ham. Yogurt, fruit, cereal and bread to toast. Just ask for more if required from very nice owners. About ten minute drive to Pub or Golf Club for good meals. Our second stay, only complaint is lack of working space for food preparation
