I would NOT STAY HERE if you paid me to!
1.0Absolutely nothing! 😡
− We arrived late afternoon to a closed office filled with cleaning supplies only to read on the door that we had to go to another motel to get the key. It’s not at all an appealing looking place from the outside. So we arrived at the second motel to be greeted again with a closed office and another note on the door saying someone would be back at 2pm, it was now 4.45pm. I rang the number on the note and asked if I could cancel as I was starting to regret my booking choice. She said no, I’d have to cancel through Booking.com. Being late and tired I just took the key and drove back to the booked Motel. When I walked inside I nearly cried! Not only was the room Nothing like the ones they advertised but it WASN’T MADE UP! The beds were a mess and the place was filthy!! I will add pictures! We couldn’t get out quick enough! Took pictures, returned the key and then had to find alternative accommodation. After putting a block on my card to stop them taking payment, I sent through a message telling them how upset I was about the whole experience and to please respond back to me. I’ve had NO response back! I cannot believe a business would think any of this would be acceptable! 🤬🤬

Tired property in need of maintenance. Overpriced for what you get.
4.0Location, easy access by car.
− Missing bedding (top sheet, blanket), missing curtains (so we used our beach towel). Check in was at a sister motel (no problems there) however, the phone number supplied via a sign to arrivals, went unanswered when we wanted to request the missing bedding, so we had to drive back. The staff supplied us with the missing items and asked if we could also deliver towels to room 1 & 3 (not our travelling party), as they had none in their rooms. (strange). The power point for the aircon was broken; hence the ac did not work...lucky, it was not hot. You can also hear the beats of the nearby nightclub very distinctively. I am not someone with champagne taste and beer budget. There are not many options in Innisfail, but this was for sure disappointing for $160.-.

− Mirror on the roof was wild. No one at reception so we had to go to another location for our keys
