10.0Loved the room. I stay here most times im in Napier and the rooms have been modernised. Perfect for me and my child
− The staff memeber i dealt with upon arrival. My room wasnt ready at 2pm checkin and i had already paid for the room via booking, she didnt care and said she will txt me once ready. I had to ask if we could hang out at the resorts park until it was ready and i asked for late check out which was applied so that was great. It took an hour and then we could go to the room. After that we enjoyed kennedy park and all it had to offer. Receptionist, you need a new job. The other guy was amazing though
Nice place to stay
9.0Comfy and clean apartment. Kids loved the facilities, pool, pillow trampoline, big chess set, playground and pedal cars.
− Wifi was very patchy. Kept cutting in and out causing the kids dismay. No hot chocolates in the tea and coffee! Otherwise all good.
