10.0Stayed here overnight along the Great Victorian Rail Trail and it was lovely. The place is closed on Mondays so I received a text with all check in information etc which was easy to follow. Room was lovely, shower pressure amazing. It would be nice to have sugar for the coffee, but that's a minor issue. Takeaways a few minutes walk for dinner and overall glad I stayed here.

2.0I was so disappointed with this accommodation. The room was dirty, the furniture unclean and the bathroom was terrible there were stains in the sink and toilet. The grounds around our room was messy and unkept

8.0Great simple accommodation, perfect for an overnight stay. Linen and bathroom were clean and the bed was comfy. Late check in was a bonus as we contacted them ahead of time.
