10.0We have now stayed at the Hobbit several times and each time has been great. It's not 5-star but it doesn't pretend to be - it's just a good solid Kiwi motel! It's got a nice quiet location, is always very clean and tidy, and is great value for money. The Hobbit will always be our first choice whenever we're in the area.
