1.0Nothing at all. The only redeemable factor was that they refunded immediately
− Accepted the reservation then checked us into a room which was still dirty (after 4pm) from the previous guest. This was after originally refusing to accept a digital license as valid ID. Then tried to offer to split our booking over 2 rooms which was inappropriate given we are travelling with our 16 year old.
