Great staff, clean rooms, definitely helped beat the cold weather!
10.0Ash was very helpful in getting us settled into our rooms, he showed us different rooms and allowed us to choose to meet our comfort and expectations. Furthermore, he assisted by offering any other forms of services such as plates and utensils which is beyond what I expected. Ash was someone I could reach out to if any issues were present or if anything inquiries were on my mind.
− There wasn't anything I particularly didn't like. The rooms were clean, and had everything up to standards though if I had to provide some form of critical feedback. I would have preferred an easier form of communication such as direct email rather than having to use a medium such as 'Booking.com'. Besides that, I enjoyed my experience particularly with Ash's assistance and believe I will return next time I visit Glen Innes.

Very comfortable, well priced, and Ash was a very welcoming manager
8.0We were a little late arriving on our drive up from Orange. The manager, Ash, was exceptional, staying back until we arrived and personally showing us around our room. He had earlier turned on the heater to ensure the room was nice and warm on arrival. While the motel is older, it is well kept and the room was clean and tidy with all the expected facilities. If you are travelling through Glen Innes needing accommodation I highly recommend checking this place out
