10.0T who runs the place is the most helpful knowledgeable person you'll come across. Makes you feel so welcome, nothing is a problem. Great facilities, it's like a house, as in it's got all you might need. I have had a most enjoyable stay. I wish them some busyness because they deserve it. Just not when I come back to stay (from Christchurch) lol. All the best, if I'm ever in the area I'm staying here again!

8.0Everything was okay but only the floor carpet in girls room I think they need to put on the timber floor it will be better than the carpet .and no parking for customer it’s very hard to get a parking

8.0Great location: beaches, shops, cinemas, restaurants just on the doorsteps. The owner Julie is a lovely lady. The room is nice and comfortable. The bathrooms are clean. Kitchen is good. But the amenities are very basic: no plugs for phone in the room, no towels and hair dryer (you need to hire them). Wifi didn't work in my room. For a short stay I absolutely recommend you to stay with them.
