− The shower could do with a partial screen as water goes everywhere and is a slip hazard.

3.0Bed was comfortable and linen was clean
− Floor hadn't been cleaned (dead insects and dried spilt food near the bed). Shower had mould in the corners and bathroom window was mouldy.
