Good and close to the main street
7.0Owner was fantastic. Went in and put the heater on for us so it wasn't cold when we arrived. Answered any questions we had and really went out of their way to look after us. The location was fantastic and made it so easy to get into town and the beach. Parking was good, and it was very quiet. Shower was great as well.
− The property is old, which is fine, but some of the doors don't shut well, there is only one heater in the lounge area, so the rooms can be a little cold.
Learnt our lesson.
4.0What I liked about the property was the location
− Had booked cottage for 3 adults and 1 toddler, hence booked with 2 bedrooms but we were given 1 bedroom with 2 beds in it. It was really uncomfortable, and there were spider waves and house was dusty. Ok with this part as for the money but was really disappointed we were given 1 bedroom only. The lady in the morning told us may be because the other ones with two bedroom was not available, hence we were given 1bedroom cottage. Should have informed beforehand, so we could look for possible solutions. Very disappointing, never again.
Very good stand with highly accommodating owners. Highly recommended.
9.0Owner went out of their way to allow us a very early check in as we had a toddle who need to a nap before check in time. Very accommodating and highly appreciated.
− The tap in the kitchen is very loose, which made washing up tricky. However, the tap worked just fine, just very loose. Additionally, some of the cups still had detergent stains.
