Great property, great location and great staff.
9.0Great location, well equiped, bbq always good to have, free parking space, good communications, comfortable bed and friendly, helpful staff. We initially booked another property from the same group, there was an issue with the room so we were upgraded to another property at no additional cost.

10.0Very spacious and comfortable space. Kitchen is well stocked for a getaway weekend and clean amenities. We had a very pleasant stay.
− Picking up the keys from a different location was a slight inconvenience in the rain even though it wasn’t far.
Very disappointing.
1.0The only thing I liked about the property was its position. Very central to all the shops. Within walking distance.
− Firstly the two flights of stairs to negotiate with our suitcases. I’m 84 years old, it wasn’t easy. No one told us that’s where the apartment was. If I knew I would not have accepted it. Nothing in the description of by the apartment does is mention two flights of stairs. Then you enter & you’re faced with the cold unimaginative apartment, with just the basic necessities. The mattress in the main bedroom must be as old as the building. Definitely not value for money. Very disappointed with Booking.com’s rating of the property. I’ve been a client of yours for many years, this was the worst apartment I’ve stayed in with a 3 star rating.
