− Traffic noise,
was comfortable and central to where we needed to be.
7.0− birds or ducks were very loud on the roof or next door waking us up very early. a noisy lady in room 10 asking us why we parked in front of her door. We were in room 11 and we were told to park in the number 10 spot. She was visually upset at we were parked .

8.0Clean room with usual motor inn facilities. Noted wall in wardrobe for people staying extended periods. Fast food outlets within short distance. Cleaning staff friendly.
− Bed not the most comfortable compared to other motels we have stayed. Lack of breakfast options. Only breakfast available is a box with basic serial, juice.
Great rooms but arrive on time!
7.0Big rooms, complimentary milk, water, tea and biscuits which was a nice touch. Comfy beds.
− We arrived 45 mins after check in closed after a long drive and hadn’t received the email message sent to us because of poor mobile signal and the manager/staff member we contacted was very rude and unhelpful
