9.0Location is great in quiet street, just 500 m from city centre easy walking . Rooms recently renovated with ensuites added and aircon.

Worth the money but single bed rate for solo visitor/traveller would be fabulous. Very convenient location & qui
8.0Comfortable bedding, excellent kitchen & dining area, TV areas & somewhat upgrading of room & bathroom/toilet facilities. On its way to being very acceptable shared shower/toilet areas. ✅
− A supplementary bedside lamp or room lamp in rooms would be an improvement over the stark single overhead light - when watching bedroom TV or reading.

7.0Tiny room but comfortable beds great, commune kitchen was great, l did a bit of clean but was good
− No exhaust fan in bathroom for shower have to leave window open nowhere to put small suitcases
