10.0Staff were great and friendly. The pool was small but welcome and refreshing after a long day at the nearby open plains zoo. Breakfast was a convenient add on option and great that the kids under a certain age could eat free with a paying adult.

4.0Property needs updating. Meals area tablecloths were dirty and not cleaned in between customers. Some staff a little passive aggressive. I've stayed at a lot better 3 star hotels.

4.0Couldn’t regulate the temperature of the shower, it was too hot. Internal door of freezer compartment was missing resulting items in fridge were too cold.

6.0Pool was shut the next morning which was a disappointment for the kids , no spare blankets & top bunk was not even made
