10.0When the staff of a property provide great service that goes above and beyond, it turns a good travel experience into a great one. The excellent service by Ruwan, the manager the Armour Inn, made the difference. We have stayed at the Armour Inn before and the location in the centre of Beechworth, comfy bed and leafy outlook make it an enjoyable and affordable stay. Ruwan’s can-do attitude to service made it even better.
− Some of the electrical equipment needs replacement, such as the noisy air conditioner in our room and the rooms next door. And the squealing bathroom fan in our suite is also beyond its use-by date.

− Quite a lot of noise in the Saturday night but that’s pretty standard.
Close to town pubs and shops.
