− We booked five rooms because we work in this area. Check in was around 6 PM. We didn't realize the parking lot was so small, so we drove right in. Since our van is quite large, as soon as I step in reception for check in the first thing the first sentence that I heard at the front desk was to move the van out right now, you shouldn’t drive that van in. The attitude was extremely rude. I mean, if we knew the parking was small, we wouldn't have driven in, it was dark already we couldn’t what it look like inside car park from outside, We had five rooms with five parking spot booked and we only driving two cars; so even if one car took up two spaces, there was no reason to refuse entry. Besides, could they have spoken politely? A service industry shouldn't treat guests with this kind of attitude. The location is in the town center, which is okay; the shops are all within walking distance. However, the room facilities are very old, and the bathroom was extremely dirty. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this hotel especially for those who traveling with larger work van or Ute , you will park on the town central of the side road somewhere.

10.0The manager was super helpful and friendly. The rooms have had an update recently and were clean and cozy. We've already booked our next stay.
