− That the ride on bike things there available for hire you had to pay for to use. Should of been free if not taking them outside of the premises. My children didn't like they could use the pool, totally understandable in the winter but yeah

− The heater didn't help at all and it's lacking lights at night to go to the kitchen or bathrooms.

Airport transfers to and from Christchurch Airport are available for an additional charge of NZD $7.50 per adult and NZD $5.00 per child.
The shuttle is available from 08:00 to 17:00. Guests must inform the property in advance if they wish to make use of this service, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation.
Please note that pets will incur an additional charge of NZD 15 per night per pet to sleep inside the accommodation. A $20 pet fee charge pet pet per night will apply to staying in the 2 Bedroom Unit, 2 Bedroom House, 3 Bedroom House and 3 Bedroom Unit. We will also take a NZD 25 bond, which will be refunded after departure and once the room has been checked and cleaned.
