2.0The worst customer service ever! Ended up waiting in front of the door for late check in and nobody came. I tried calling provided number many times and nobody ever picked up, same was with the ring bell. They just didn't want to show and to check us in. So I ended up staying in a different place, the more welcoming one. Don't go to Mediterranean resort!!

Pleasure to Stay and to Recommend
10.0Immaculately presented apartment and throughout the complex. Perfectly clean and with all needed items. Service was excellent. We enjoyed the Whitsunday views daily from our living areas and balcony over breakfast and drinks. Pools are stunning. Short stroll to village shops, eateries and waterfront. If not driving prepare for short steep walk complex. Happily return to stay. Management to be applauded.
