1.0Location was good.
− Unit had not been maintained. Filthy and noisy fan, bed with springs sticking out and table unusable due to top layer missing in parts with raw dirty wood showing. Steps to unit steep and steps to toilet block dangerous, an accident waiting to happen.

− The bath room and shower was dirty and had mould in the shower. It was quite expensive especially considering we had to clean it ourselves before leaving.
