6.0Location was near family. Comfortable bed
− Planned renovation works took place while I was there with demolition work occurring directly below my room, so was noisy and the whole room and floor was shaking. There was a mentally unwell man in the room next door to me who shouted all night long and banged on doors in the corridor - I did not sleep or feel safe about having him stay in the room right next door to me. The fridge froze everything and then totally defrosted itself.
