6.0Close to town. Easy parking. Nice amount of appliances for meal preparation.
− Needs quite a bit of maintenance. Some mould around windows. Laminex splashback on bathroom cabinet coming off
Comfortable enough for a one night stay.

− Pigeons cooing on the roof into room. Don’t like washing dishes in a bathroom hand bowl.
