Have stayed here many times in the past and have enjoyed it but this was very disappointing.
3.0comfortable bed
− I asked for and paid for a deluxe cabin, assuming I would get a similar one as on my many previous stays. Instead I was given a much smaller one which was a far cry from previous visits. It most certainly was not deluxe. As soon as I saw it I asked for a different cabin but was told one was not available. The price WAS THE SAME AS THE MUCH BIGGER CABIN WE HAD A WEEK EARLIER.
