9.0Really great room layout for a family. Comfortable beds. Heated pool was amazing! Was extremely enjoyable to swim in a pool that is heated! Location is super easy and close to everything. There is so much to see from this town so we ended up extending another night to explore. Customer service was amazing! So friendly and extremely helpful!
− Bathroom needs a deep scrub there was lots of black mould caked on tiles and sink area.

− The cabins had mold on the roof in the bathroom and on the window sills and curtains. The shower was extremely dirty.
It was a minimum viable product.
6.0Its location and indoor pool! The staff were also lovely!
− The room was rather dirty! The cupboards had alcohol from a previous stay, the room itself needed a good dust, and the bathroom shower curtain and sink had a lot of mould that could do with a good disinfectant to clean it. This part as well as the rooms being SO COLD as there is only 1 split system in the whole place for a multi room apartment was horrible!
