Central, cheap, modern and comfortable.
10.0Location, modernity, comfort and price. Dead centre of town, facilities are super modern and clean. Easily the best place to stay in town.

Facilities were great, dining outstanding and services excellent. We were just put off by the fact.

− The steps leading up to the rooms were difficult for us. These should be mentioned in the description of the property as we would not have booked had we known.

8.0Location - despite being in the centre of town and close to everything it is quiet, dining options and value for money, space, room servicing, ease of parking, amenities, friendly service.
− Water leaked out of the shower through the door and onto the carpet outside the bathroom. Would be good to have an option for 2 single beds in the 2-bedroom suite. Some free weights in the fitness room. More hanging rails/hooks for clothes and towels. Space could be better used - maybe a small round table and chairs or 2-person sofa or second arm chair.
