1.0A small and outdated hotel with extremely poor service. The staff had a very bad attitude and even hung up the phone when I called. There was virtually no internet connection throughout our stay. To make matters worse, we found a dead insect on my child’s blanket, which raised serious concerns about the hotel's cleanliness and hygiene standards. The room had a strong musty and unpleasant odor, making it very uncomfortable to stay in. In addition, there was no elevator and no assistance with luggage, which made the experience even more inconvenient. Overall, this was a nightmare of a stay and one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone
Poor service, poor food … would have been better at a backpacker’s hostel!!
4.0Location was its only advantage!
− Suite room over a $1,000 a night and the room wasn’t serviced once and you couldn’t request it be to be done as there was never anyone at reception! Food at the restaurant was average and didn’t offer any children’s meals!! Breakfast was borderline! NOT good value for money!!!!

8.0Excellent location, close to the village and Friday Flat. Basic room but it was warm and comfortable.

7.0Right in Thredbo village. Super easy check in. Nice staff and option for parking if you pay extra. The breakfast buffet was a nice surprise. And the fireplace in the room made it very cosy.
